DOMESTIC (GHANA)
You may return any damaged or defective products delivered by our courier companies within 3 days of purchase. Once your order is delivered kindly confirm if it is correct and call us immediately if you have any concerns. If the package was delivered in your absence kindly contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
You may return unopened items sold and fulfilled by MEJS within 3 days of delivery for a full refund or replacement. You only pay for delivery. Unfortunately, we will not issue a refund or exchange on any items that have been unsealed or used.
Orders yet to be dispatched can be changed or cancelled. Kindly call us as soon as you change your mind about an order before it is dispatched.
Should your order be dispatched before it is cancelled you will be charged for delivery.
